This guide will help you get started, understand your membership levels, and troubleshoot the most common questions, so you can enjoy everything your membership includes.
Getting Started: Signing Up & Logging In
Do I need to sign up in the app if I’m already a member?
Yes. Even if you’re already a paying 1357 Club or Secrets of Success Mastermind member, you’ll still need to create a new login inside the app.
The app uses a separate login system from your purchase checkout.

How do I sign up for the app?
1. Download and open the Secrets of Success App.

2. Tap Sign Up on the home screen.
3. Enter your name, email, and password.
4. Check your email for a verification link or code, then follow the instructions to verify.
5. Once verified, you can log in and access your dashboard!
Checking Your Membership Level
How can I see my current level inside the app?
From the app’s home screen, scroll to the bottom: you’ll see your current level:
Free Member
1357 Club Member
Secrets of Success (Mastermind) Member
My level looks wrong: what should I do?
If the app says you’re “Free” but you’ve already joined the 1357 Club or Mastermind:
Check the email you used to sign up inside the app.
Make sure it’s the same email you used when you purchased your membership.
If not, log out and log back in using the correct email.
If you’re sure the email matches but it still looks wrong, try logging out and back in after a few minutes to refresh your account.
If it’s still incorrect, contact support and include:
The email you used to sign up
The membership you purchased (1357 or Mastermind)
Note: Updating your email inside the app does not update your membership email in our system.
Viewing Free Content
All users, even Free members, can enjoy some free content in the app.
How do I access free content?
From the home screen, tap See All under the content section.
You’ll see all available free videos and can tap Play to watch.
Something looks off (broken thumbnails or layout)?
Occasionally, you may see odd layouts or missing images. If this happens:
Take a screenshot.
Send it via the in-app Support form (Settings → Support & Help).
1357 Club Members
How do I upgrade to the 1357 Club?
In the app, go to the 1357 Club section.
Tap Join.
Complete checkout on the website that opens.
Once your purchase is complete, your app will update automatically after a short sync.
If it doesn’t, log out and back in.
What’s included for 1357 Club members?
Journal & Notes: Track your daily reading and reflections.
Digital Library: Access the Think and Grow Rich ebook with progress tracking.
If your notes are missing:
Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you used before.
Confirm your 1357 Club membership is still active.
If everything looks correct but notes are still missing, contact support with your device type and email.
Secrets of Success Mastermind Members
How do I upgrade to Secrets of Success Mastermind?
In the app, go to the Secrets of Success / Mastermind section.
Tap Upgrade.
Complete checkout on the website that opens.
Once your purchase is complete, log back into the app to unlock all Mastermind content.
What extra features do Mastermind members get?
Audiobooks: Stream directly in the app or subscribe via your favorite podcast app.
Chat With the Author (AI): Ask questions about the material and get guided insights.
In-App Reading: Read the books right inside the app.
Can I read the books on desktop too?
Yes!
On the web version, you’ll get the full EPUB experience — including highlights and notes.
On mobile, books open in PDF format for easier viewing on small screens.
Tip: For best highlighting and note-taking, use the web version of the app.
App Settings
How do I change my theme (light or dark mode)?
Go to Settings → Theme.
Choose Light, Dark, or System Default.
How do I update my profile info?
You can edit your name or email in Settings → Profile.
However, please note:
Updating your email here does not change your membership email.
If you change your email in the app, make sure to also update it with our support team to keep your account synced.
How do I manage notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications.
Turn notifications on or off as you prefer.
If you’re not receiving notifications:
Make sure notifications are allowed both inside the app and in your phone’s settings.
What are Driven 67 Reminders?
You can turn on daily reminders to complete your Driven 67 challenge!
Go to Settings → Driven 67.
Turn reminders on and set your preferred time (e.g., 8:00 AM daily).
Subscriptions & Support
How can I view or upgrade my subscription?
Go to Settings → Your Subscription to:
See your current membership level.
Explore upgrade options.
Access checkout links again if you want to move up a level.
Support & Help
Go to Settings → Support & Help, where you can:
Submit an in-app form (best for tech issues and goes straight to the app developer).
Email us directly using the listed address.
View our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Request account deletion if needed.
Sign out if you logged in with the wrong email.
