Secrets of Success: Customer Center: Update My Subscription

You can update your subscription in the Customer Center. In this article, we will go over: 

• Downgrade Or Upgrade Subscription
• Cancel Subscription
• Reactivate Cancelled Subscription
• Change The Payment Method Of A Subscription
• Notes

Upgrade or Downgrade

Currently, there is only one subscription plan for Secrets of Success which is $97/month. 

If you would like to pay for the year which is $997 then you can do that HERE. Make sure you use the same email you originally used to sign up! Look for the "Upgrade Me Now" button, which will direct you to the necessary form.

Cancel Subscription

1. Once you log into your account, you want to navigate to where it says Account Settings

2. Under subscriptions, go to your active/trialing Secrets of Success subscription you would like to cancel, click those 3 dots, and click on manage subscription.

3. Click on Cancel Subscription. 

4. Select reason for cancelling dropdown menu, cancellation description if any, and click submit.

Note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund.

Reactivate Cancelled Subscription

1. On the subscriptions, go to your canceled subscription you would like to reactivate and click on the 3 dots, and select reactivate subscription.

2. Select one of your existing payment methods, or add new card.
3. Click Pay* and reactivate. *amount charged may vary but would normally be $97
4. Your card on file would be immediately charged and your subscription reactivated.*reach out to support so we can ensure your Library Credits are available to use upon reactivation.

Change The Payment Method Of A Subscription

1. If necessary, add the new payment card first. 
2. Next, go to subscriptions, click on the 3 dots beside your active subscription. 
3. Select, view subscription. 
4. From the Cusomer Section you are going to click on the cog wheel next to your autopay method to change your auto pay method. 
5. From there, you will be able to select a different default payment method for your subscription payments. If you do not see the card you wish to choose, go back up to step 1 and add your new credit card as a payment method.
