What is the Community?

Welcome to our empowering community dedicated to guiding you on your journey toward personal and professional fulfillment.

We believe in fostering a respectful and supportive environment where every member can thrive. We are committed to maintaining a positive atmosphere where you can safely share ideas, receive guidance, and connect with like-minded individuals.

Where Do I Find The Community? 

Click on the "Community" menu option on the left of your members area. 

The last few posts will be shown and you will have an option to go to the "Full Community", where you can find the sections for Masterminds, Masterclasses, Study Hall Discussions, the Affiliates Section and "Celebrating the Wins" section.

Are There Any Community Guidelines/Rules?

As a matter of fact, there are!

1. Be Kind & Respectful: We are all in this together to create a courteous and welcoming environment. Respectful and healthy debates are natural, but kindness is always required. Please remember this is a motivational community we are working together to build - so only positive, uplifting comments will be allowed. Profanity and foul language are not allowed when making posts, replying to comments, or interacting with the group during live discussions. Negative remarks of any kind will not be tolerated, and you will be removed from the group if you are found in violation of these rules.

2. No promotions or spam. Remember that it's better to give more than you take in this group. Self-promotions, spamming and irrelevant links are not allowed. 

3. Respect everyone's privacy. Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions are great - but may also be sensitive and private. Please be mindful that what's shared in the group should stay within the group. 

What Are All Those Sections?

Mastermind - This is the catch-all section. Introduce yourself, post about general questions and more. All of our announcements for Secrets of Success can be found here.

Masterclass - This is where you can discus the various Masterclasses that you can find in the members area. Currently, all three modules of the Growth Masterclass are waiting for your input, questions and even answers for new and old members alike!

Study Hall Discussions - All previous book club discussions are found here. If you've been bingeing the Book Club replays, you can see how others have reacted to the lessons, what the key takeaways were from that lesson and much more. Of course, this is the busiest section of the community, particularly after book club when members are fresh from the lesson.

Affiliate - If you've ever wanted to know more about promoting the Secrets of Success Mastermind, feel free to get ideas and best practices in this little corner of our #RoundPeg Community.

Success and Wins - Recognition is important and this is the perfect place for it! Every so often, we have members who do outstanding work. Whether it's personal, professional or a combination of both, this is where we make sure those members are showcased.

Ask (or answer) a question! Make a thread with your daily thought. Let us know who you are!

The best way to join in on the discussion is to participate.

Why Are Some Communities Private? 

Sometimes we are testing something new, sometimes we are doing some housecleaning on older threads. There are a number of reason why any of the communities might suddenly be private but have no fear.
