Success Magazine Live Signing + Nightingale Unboxing Event FAQ

When will my signed magazine ship?

All signed copies will begin shipping after the live event on November 6th, 2025.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing, packing, and delivery, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your copy has been shipped.

How do I join the live signing event?

After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with your private event link and calendar reminder.

If you don’t see it within 15 minutes, check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder

The live event will be held on November 6th, 2025, at 12 Noon  Eastern Time (ET).

It's been more than 20 mins and I haven't gotten my access link.

It does take the system about 20 minutes to add your email to the event dashboard. If it's been more than 20 mins and you haven't gotten your access link, you can log in with the same email you signed up with here: https://success.obv.io/login

If it's been 20 mins and you still can't log in, make sure you are using the right email(Apple pay email? Maybe there was a misspelling). If you continue to have trouble, please send the support team an email so they can investigate further: support@secretsofsuccess.com. 

I upgraded to VIP, How do I access the Unboxing event?

There is a 30-minute break once the magazine signing event ends. You are already in the VIP room, so you would just need to stick around until it starts! If you upgrade during the event, you'll get an email with directions, but you will want to go back to your event dashboard and refresh the page. You should see the button to join the VIP room from there. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes and the cost for shipping and handling for international customers is $25.

Please note that delivery times vary based on your location and customs processing.

Any local taxes, import duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I order more than one copy?

At this time, each order is limited to one signed copy per person, so we can ensure fair access for all customers.

Can I get my copy personalized?

All copies are hand-signed by Russell Brunson but not personalized to individual names.

This allows us to fulfill all 1,000 signed copies efficiently before the event deadline.

Will I get a digital copy of the magazine?

This offer includes a physical autographed magazine only.

Digital versions may be available directly through Success Magazine at a later date.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact support@secretsofsuccess.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

After that window, we can’t guarantee address changes before shipping begins.

What is your refund policy?

All magazine sales are final since each copy is individually signed and prepared for a limited live event.

If you signed up for VIP, then that has a 30 day money back guarentee. Please review your order details carefully before submitting your payment.

How will I know when my copy is on the way?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within three weeks after November 6th, please reach out to us with your order number.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email. for the event.  What should I do?

If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived within 15 minutes:

• Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder.
• Search your inbox for emails from support@secretofsuccess.com.

If you still don’t see it, contact us with the name and email used at checkout so we can resend it.

How do I access the Self-Persuasion Masterclass included with my VIP upgrade?

This LIVE virtualevent is taking place Nov 20th. You should receive another email the closer we get with your access link with more details. 

What happens after my 30-day free trial of the Driven67 App?

Your free 30-day access begins automatically once you register. After the trial, the app continues at $97/month unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from inside your Driven67 account settings or by emailing support@secretsofsuccess.com at least 10 days before your 30-days are up to avoid any unwanted charges.

When will my physical items ship?

Secrets of Success Boxes begin shipping within 2–3 weeks of your order.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on the way.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact support@secretsofsuccess.com as soon as possible with your correct address.

After 24 hours time, we can’t guarantee updates before your box ships.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

You can cancel at any time by:

Logging into your account here: https://www.secretsofsuccess.com/customer-center, going to Account Settings > Subscriptions > edit subscription(the one you want to cancel) > You should be able to cancel from there or...

Email support@secretsofsuccess.com at least 10 days before your next billing date. You’ll still have access through the end of your billing period.

*In the event You cancel your monthly membership, You will immediately lose access to any material that is members-only, including but not limited to podcasts, audiobooks, and audio files.

What is your refund policy on the monthly subscription?

To prevent any unwanted charges, you will want to cancel your subscription before your next bill date. You will not be entitled to prorate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments. You will retain access to the account for the remainder of your billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for the subscription service.
