Self Persuasion Masterclass FAQ

1. When is the masterclass happening?

The Self-Persuasion Immersion Masterclass is a live, half-day event on Thursday, November 20th, 2025 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time (12:00 PM Eastern Time).
The session lasts approximately 4 hours, so please block your calendar to attend the full experience.

2. How do I access the live masterclass?

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique access link and event details.
If you don’t see it within 15 minutes, please:

Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
Search your inbox for support@secretsofsucess.com.
If still missing, contact support with your full name and purchase email so we can resend your access details.

If you already signed up, you can log in at https://success.obv.io/login with the same email you used for registration. The rooms won't open up until about 15 mins before the event starts on the 20th.

3. Will there be a replay?

Yes, but only with the VIP upgrade. All registered VIP attendees will receive exclusive access to the replay for a limited time after the live event. You’ll receive an email when the replay is available.

Want to upgrade to VIP? Once you register for the event, you will have the opportunity to upgrade to VIP. If you already signed up and don't have a link to upgrade to VIP, please reach out to support@secretsofsuccess.com

4. What do I get with my $67 purchase?

Your one-time payment includes:

After your 67-day trial, the Driven67 App continues automatically at $97/month, but you can cancel anytime before your trial ends.

5. How does the 67-day free trial work?

Your 67-day free access begins immediately after the masterclass.
You’ll receive an email with instructions to log into the Driven67 App and start your first 67-day goal journey.
You will not be billed during the free trial period. If you decide it’s not for you, simply cancel before the 67 days end to avoid any future charges.

6. Can I cancel my subscription during or after the trial?

Yes. You can cancel anytime during your 67-day trial by emailing support@secretsofsuccess.com or through your Driven67 App account settings.
If canceled before the trial ends, no charges will occur. If you are charged for the month and then cancel, you will not qualify for any refunds, and your subscription will cancel at the end of the billing cycle, allowing you access for the full month you have paid.

7. What is your refund policy for the masterclass?

The Self-Persuasion Immersion Masterclass is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you attend and don’t feel it was worth at least 10x your investment, simply email support@secretsofsuccess.com within 30 days of the live event for a full refund.

8. I can’t attend live. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Even if you can’t attend the live session, you’ll still receive all bonuses and your 67-day free trial after the event. If you would like replays for the Live masterclass, you would need to upgrade to VIP. You can reach out to support@secretsofsuccess if you need help with this.

9. Will I receive anything in the mail?

The Self-Persuasion Immersion Masterclass and Driven67 App are entirely digital. You’ll access everything online.
However, during checkout, you may see a special one-time offer for the Secrets of Success Box. This is a separate, optional purchase that includes physical books shipped to you and only if you select this option at checkout.

10. I saw an offer for a “Secrets of Success Box.” What’s that?

The Secrets of Success Box is an optional add-on that includes:

A hardcover copy of Think & Grow Rich (with a new foreword by Russell Brunson)
It Will Place You Wherever You Wish to Be Among Men by Napoleon Hill
Secrets of Master Salesmanship by Napoleon Hill

You’ll only pay shipping and handling: $37.95 domestic/$69.95 international for this if you choose to add it. It’s not required to attend the masterclass. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery time for domestic addresses and 3 to 5 weeks for international addresses.

11. Can I use someone else’s link or share mine?

Each registration link is unique to the purchaser and tied to your email address.
Please do not share your link. Access will only be granted to the name and email registered.

12. What if I enter the wrong email at checkout?

If you entered an incorrect email during checkout, please contact support@secretsofsuccess.com as soon as possible.
Include your full name, the correct email address, and proof of purchase (such as your order number) so we can update your account.

13. When will I get access to the Driven67 App?

You’ll receive your app access email within 24 hours after the live masterclass ends.
Follow the instructions in that email to download the app, log in, and begin your 67-day journey.

14. What if I have technical issues during the event?

If you experience streaming or login issues during the masterclass, please:

Refresh your browser, zoom, or try a different device.
Close all other apps or tabs using bandwidth.
Check to make sure Zoom is updated.
If issues persist, contact support@secretsofsuccess.com. Our team monitors the inbox live during the event.

15. Who should I contact for help?

If you need assistance with your order, event access, or app setup, contact us at support@secretsofsucces.com.
Include your full name, purchase email, and a brief description of your issue so we can resolve it quickly.

16. I upgraded to VIP, how do I join the VIP session?

If you upgraded to VIP before the start of the event, you would already be in the VIP room. The VIP session will start after a 30 min lunch break once the 4 hour event ends. So just stick around in the VIP room for the VIP session to start.

If you upgraded during the event, you will need to refresh your event dashboard page, and you should see a button to join the VIP room. If you don't, reach out to one of the moderators in the room you are in for help.
