1. How do I add someone to my account?
Log in to your account.
Open the lesson labeled Seat Licenses, then Manage Seat Licenses
Enter the person's email, first name, and last name.
Click Add Member.
After the member is added, hover over them under "Current Members," click Enroll in Course to give them access.
They will automatically receive an email letting them know they now have course access within 20 minutes of enrolling them.
2. My new member shows up in the list, but doesn’t have access. Why?
Adding someone creates a group member, but they do not receive course access until they are enrolled.
Admins must click Enroll in Course after adding a new member.
3. How do I remove someone from my team?
There are two ways to remove access:
A) Remove them from the course only (keep them in the group):
This is for when you want them to stay in the group but lose course access.
Go to the Manage Members page.
Select the member.
Click Unenroll from Course.
B) Remove them from the group entirely:
This removes all access.
Go to Manage Members.
Click Remove from current members.
5. Can I resell my seat license?
Yes, you can, but that process and money exchange would be through you. Secrets of Success would not be a part of that exchange in any way or part of any disputes, so do so at your own discretion
5. Can multiple admins manage the account?
Yes. Admins can add additional group admins directly from the Member Management page.
6. How many people can I add?
Seat limits depend on your specific plan, but generally would include 5 - your access would take one of those seats.
If you try to add beyond your seat limit, the widget will not allow additional enrollments.
The option to buy more seat licenses will be available in the future, but we do not have an ETA on when.
7. Will new members receive login instructions automatically?
Yes. Once they are enrolled in the course, they receive an auto-generated email with login/setup instructions. That usually arrives within 5 to 20 minutes, but make sure they check their spam, junk, or promotional folder for that email.
8. How many seat licenses do I get?
5 are included with your $997 payment.
9. I added someone with the wrong email. How do I fix it?
You cannot edit an email once created.
Instead:
Remove the incorrect user from the group.
Add the user again with the correct email.
10. Can members see each other’s info?
No. Only admins see the full team list.
