Seat License Management FAQ

If you purchased the offer that included seat licensing to your Driven67/Secrets of Success account, you can add 5 people to have their own access to their own account at no additional cost for 1 full year! 


1. How do I add someone to my account?

  1. Log into your course.

  2. Open the lesson labeled “Manage Members” or “Group Access.”

  3. Click Add New Member.

  4. Enter the person's name, email, and optional phone number.

  5. Click Add Member.

  6. After the member is added, click Enroll in Course to give them access.

They will automatically receive an email letting them know they now have course access.


2. My new member shows up in the list, but doesn’t have access. Why?

Adding someone creates a group member, but they do not receive course access until they are enrolled.

Admins must click Enroll in Course after adding a new member.


3. How do I remove someone from my team?

There are two ways to remove access:

A) Remove them from the course only (keep them in the group):
This is for when you want them to stay in the group but lose course access.

  1. Go to the Manage Members page.

  2. Select the member.

  3. Click Unenroll from Course.

B) Remove them from the group entirely:
This removes all access.

  1. Go to Manage Members.

  2. Click Remove From Group.


5. Can I resell my seat license?

Yes, you can, but that process and money exchange would be through you. Secrets of Success would not be a part of that exchange in any way or part of any disputes, so do so at your own discresion 


5. Can multiple admins manage the account?

Yes. Admins can add additional group admins directly from the Member Management page.


6. How many people can I add?

Seat limits depend on the customer’s specific plan.
If they try to add beyond their seat limit, the widget will not allow additional enrollments.
If the customer needs more seats, direct them to your sales/billing upgrade process.


7. Will new members receive login instructions automatically?

Yes. Once they are enrolled in the course, they receive an auto-generated email with login/setup instructions.


8. How many seat licenses do I get?

5 are included with your $997 payment.

20 Additional Seat Licenses: $1997

50 Additional Seat Licenses: $4997


9. I added someone with the wrong email. How do I fix it?

You cannot edit an email once created.
Instead:

  1. Remove the incorrect user from the group.

  2. Add the user again with the correct email.


10. Can members see each other’s info?

No. Only admins see the full team list.
